If you are a regular reader, I know there are a couple of you out there, there are some changes happening in my life that are going to change the tone of this blog. Originally I just wanted to have an outlet for writing since I wasn’t doing it enough to have any kind of creative outlet outside of work. As things in my life changed, divorce and grief and moving on, this blog became more of a dumping ground and place for me to process the work that I was doing on myself as I tried to find my way into the world again. Well, things are changing again…this time in a positive direction. I don’t want to go through and delete or archive the work that I’ve done over the last couple of years because I think it is valuable and there may be someone who can find some kind of comfort in seeing that the process can actually work.

Currently the big change is that I’m in a relationship with an amazing person, I’m sure I’ll introduce her at some point, and that has brought new things into my life that will change the tone of this space for the better.

Just wanted to put this out here now before I go make lunch for the kids because I’m so fucking excited about the future and I hope that for any of you struggling with the current situation (either the global or the personal) that there is a silver lining and I hope that you get to find yours.
